Understanding Consciousness is Essential
We agree that being conscious is a requirement for optimal functioning. We often discuss consciousness, but it remains a relatively underexplored phenomenon. We know that there are layers of consciousness because there are many grid systems that hold this consciousness. Therefore, working with the consciousness grids is essential.
The consciousness of our world
We need to focus primarily on the consciousness of our world. There are three levels of consciousness:

Level 1: the healthy I-consciousness (how you function in this world)

Level 2: the healthy We-consciousness (how we collaborate with other people on the basis of equality)

Level 3: the healthy All-consciousness (we understand the need to collaborate with all life on Earth, seeing them all as essential and equal contributors to Mother Earth's evolution)
