In this course, we define the various aspects of our system. They all work together and depend on each other. Although each aspect can help develop your potential, the integrated approach is far more efficient and yields faster results. We need to develop these aspects to awaken our potential. The image also shows a powerful support system for this developmental journey: crystalline energy frequencies, expressed as groups of 12 layers.
